Journalist (MosFocus): Good evening! This is MosFocus Magazine. You both look absolutely stunning! Please, introduce yourselves.
Pavel Sukhorukov: Hello! I’m Pavel Sukhorukov, artist and singer.
Natasha Elistratova: And I’m Natasha Elistratova — crystal designer and Pavel’s wife.
Journalist: Lovely to meet you! You both look fabulous tonight. Tell us, what’s your pre-New Year mood like? What emotions does this event bring you?
Pavel: So many emotions! Huge thanks to the organisers for such a fantastic event — the number of stars here is simply off the scale. It’s truly amazing!
Natasha: The weather, of course, isn’t particularly festive…
Pavel: But we’re doing our best to create that festive spirit ourselves, searching for that New Year’s vibe.
Journalist: I completely agree — you can’t go through life any other way! Have you managed to buy all your holiday gifts yet?
Pavel and Natasha (together): Yes, yes, yes! All sorted — presents for family, loved ones, friends. Almost everything is already under our non-existent Christmas tree.
Journalist: Pavel, your outfit is very unusual — it suits you incredibly well. Is it the work of a designer, or do you pick your looks yourself?
Pavel: Actually, I’m my own stylist — I put together my looks from different showrooms and shops. And then my wonderful wife takes over.
Natasha: Yes, everything Pavel’s wearing today is my handiwork. Every rhinestone was glued on by my own hands.
Journalist: That’s real craftsmanship, such incredibly meticulous work!
Natasha: But it’s worth it.
Journalist: I see you’ve already been nominated. What category are you taking part in tonight?
Pavel: “Breakthrough of the Year”. And this is my personal breakthrough, really. Not long ago, I faced cancer. I want to convey an important message: cancer is not a sentence. You can and should pursue your goals, live a full life.
Journalist: What would you like to say to those who are going through similar trials now?
Pavel: You must value, cherish and treasure what you have — here and now. Trust in life, stay close to your loved ones. My wonderful love, Natasha, has always supported me, even in the toughest moments. She always stays positive, always by my side.
Journalist: From the bottom of my heart, I wish you good health and happiness in the New Year. May all your dreams come true! One more question: will you be performing one song tonight, or two?
Pavel: I’ll be performing one song this evening — a very upbeat and lively one. In general, my repertoire is very broad: I perform pieces from Muslim Magomayev to Rammstein. Huge thanks to my vocal teacher Yulia Gromnitskaya from the “Anima” studio — she’s taught me everything. I invite everyone to collaborate!
Journalist: Thank you so much for your time! This was MosFocus Magazine with you.
