In April 2026, the capital hosted one of the most anticipated and significant contests of beauty, talent, and motherhood — “Queen of Moscow and Moscow Region.” This event became a true celebration for all lovers of art, beauty, and family values. This year, the prestigious title “Grand Prix Queen of Moscow and Moscow Region” was awarded to the famous actress and TV host Nadezhda Shanina, who impressed the jury not only with her attractive appearance, but also with her charisma, creative abilities, and genuine care for her loved ones.

The prestigious event took place on April 19, 2026 at the modern Omega Events Bounce venue. Thirty-four vibrant contestants up to 58 years old competed for the main title, each representing a unique combination of beauty, talent, professional and personal achievements. The competition brought together women of various professions — including actresses, designers, educators, doctors, entrepreneurs, and public figures. All participants went through several stages: a runway in national costumes, creative performances, interviews with the jury, and a final walk where each revealed her individuality and life principles.

Nadezhda Shanina’s victory became a true symbol of inspiration for girls and women in the capital and the region. As the main prize, she received an exclusive handmade jewelry piece — a necklace crafted by the renowned Arsen Torosyan studio, adorned with precious stones. Additionally, the winner was granted the right to represent Russia at international beauty contests, where she will be able to showcase the image of the modern Russian woman to the world — strong, caring, creative, and determined.
The national costume worn by Nadezhda Shanina made a particularly strong impression on the jury and audience. It was designed by Victoria Tsarenko and costume artist Yulia Borodulina from Cherepovets. The design featured images of key symbols of Moscow — the Kremlin and St. Basil’s Cathedral — highlighting generational continuity, love for the Motherland, and respect for traditions. Rich embroidery, vibrant colors, attention to detail, and the concept of the costume made the winner’s image unforgettable and patriotic.

The contest’s final was filled not only with bright performances and festive moments, but also touching events. A special place in the hearts of guests and participants was taken by the episode when Diana Smirnova, holder of the title “1st Vice Mrs. Russia Moscow,” received a marriage proposal right on stage. This romantic event has already become the second annual tradition of the contest, which unites not only talented women, but also contributes to the creation of new families, strengthening friendships, and the birth of happy stories.

An important part of the contest was determining winners in various categories. The jury, composed of representatives from the media and fashion industries, as well as prominent public figures, selected the best of the best:
- The title “Queen of Moscow and Moscow Region” was awarded to Alesya Trushnikova;
- The title “Mrs. Russia Moscow and Mother of the Year” went to Lyudmila Sekriy;
- “Queen of Moscow Grand” and “Queen of Charity” — Dinara Sivunova;
- “People’s Queen, Supermodel Russia Moscow” — Elena Yudina;
- “Miss Russia Moscow” and “Pride of Russia” (participant in the Special Military Operation) — Anna Poteeva;
- Main “Princess of Moscow and Moscow Region” — Milana Prokhorova (14 years old).

In addition to the main awards, special titles were presented, including “Hero’s Wife,” “Honor of Russia Moscow” (for participants with many children), and other honorary titles. This system of recognition emphasizes the individuality of each participant and her contribution to society.
The contest was organized by Victoria Tsarenko, vice president of the Moscow Designers Union — a person who, through her work and inspiration, creates an atmosphere of support, creativity, and respect for women. The general media partner was the Russian MusicBox TV channel represented by Natalia Palinova, which allowed the event to be covered at the federal level and attracted a wide audience.

The contest jury included leading representatives of the media and fashion industries, respected public figures, president of the Europa Plus TV company Alina Artz, and Olympic cross-country skiing champion Nikita Kryukov. The presence of such experts ensured an objective and professional evaluation of the participants’ abilities.

The next “Queen of Moscow and Moscow Region” contest is scheduled for April 2027. It is already clear that this event will once again bring together the brightest, most talented, and determined women of the capital and the region under one roof, to provide new emotions, inspiration, and unite hearts. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this unique celebration of femininity, family, and beauty!
