At the Fashion Wave 2026 festival, host Kirill Prepelitsa conducted an interview with renowned designer Larisa Solnechnaya. Despite the fact that this material was traditionally used for making overcoats, she managed to create elegant collections for men, women, and children, which have received recognition at various fashion events, including the Donetsk Fashion Week and performances in the Kremlin.
Interestingly, Larisa is a medical cosmetologist by training. In the interview, she noted the surprising similarities between medicine and design: both fields help people become more beautiful, the former from the inside, the latter through the right look.
