When women come together
The Women of the New Era forum brought together women with different professional backgrounds and a shared desire to develop, exchange ideas and support one another. MosFocus spoke with Marina Anichenkova, Elena and Irina Nikonorova.
Marina Anichenkova represents the Chuvash Republic and the Association of Women in Business. She highlighted the forum’s strong program and the practical ideas that participants could take back to their businesses and regional teams.
Business with a social purpose
Elena, president of the Zov Chuvasha charity foundation, focused on socially oriented business and cooperation between entrepreneurs and government.
The conversation also went beyond business. Family, personal experience and mutual support were important parts of the discussion.

Moving forward
Irina Nikonorova spoke about entrepreneurship and family. She is a mother of five children. For her, a crisis is not only a challenge but also an opportunity for a new stage of development.
Ultimately, the forum highlighted a powerful idea: women can become stronger when they share experience, support each other and keep moving forward.
