During an interview with MosFocus magazine correspondent Taya Nova, singer Stephanie Astra shared the story of her creative journey. The artist revealed that her passion for music began in early childhood—at the age of six.
According to Stephanie, her career is constantly evolving: new venues are emerging, and her performance experience is growing. The singer’s main goal is to stage a large-scale show at the country’s biggest concert venues, including the State Kremlin Palace, Olimpiyskiy, and Life Arena. Her future plans also include organizing an international tour.
The conversation touched on the artist’s musical style. Stephanie admitted that she works primarily in the pop genre but is not afraid to experiment. A vivid example of such experimentation is the composition “Ivan Kupala,” performed in the ethnopop style.
Although most of her repertoire consists of dance tracks, her heart belongs to lyrical music. Stephanie is especially passionate about dramatic pieces that require a wide vocal range.
