During an interview with MosFocus magazine, Anastasia Volochkova spoke about her creative journey and current projects. The artist shared details about her collaboration with Russian Music Box, where videos from her musical album—featuring 23 tracks—are broadcasted. She paid special attention to her grand dance show, “Obsession.”
Volochkova noted that she was honored as the only singing ballerina in Russia and shared about her friendship with Natalia Polinova, the channel’s director.
During the conversation, the artist described her achievements in various art forms. Besides ballet, she acted in films, including “The Black Prince” with Hollywood actor Levani Chinashi, which won first place at an international festival in New York. She also played the lead role in the eight-episode series “A Place in the Sun” and participated in the dramatic play “A Man Came to a Woman” alongside Albert Filozov and Lyubov Polishchuk.
Currently, Anastasia is actively working on the projects “Obsession” and “My Stage,” which gives her the opportunity to invite interesting guests and collaborate with talented youth. After a serious operation, German doctors forbade her from performing for several months, but the artist could not stay away. Despite all the difficulties, starting March 5, she has a jubilee tour planned.
