From entrepreneurship to psychology
Alyona Simonova is an entrepreneur and business psychology specialist. She has been working for herself for 18 years. At a certain point, she came to the conclusion that business is closely connected with psychology. This led her to study psychoanalysis and business consulting.
Today, Alyona works with women leaders and helps them develop their businesses while remaining more resilient during periods of uncertainty.
The nature of women’s leadership
According to Alyona, women are often able to combine multiple roles and responsibilities. Leadership, business, family and everyday tasks can all become part of the same reality.
“A woman can combine things that seem impossible to combine.”
For Alyona, this ability to manage different roles is one of the distinctive features of women’s leadership. At the same time, she stresses that men remain an important part of society.
The power of community
Another important topic is mutual support. Women are increasingly building communities, developing communication and helping one another navigate uncertainty.
For Alyona, a woman can become a source of strength for another woman. This kind of community creates an additional foundation for moving forward during challenging periods.
